The Pain Center - Gilbert

I have been going to The Pain Center of Arizona for several years now and have only positive things to say about them. I even look forward to seeing their two wonderful girls who work at the front desk. You guys are wonderful! Their entire staff are knowledgeable and professional. And a big THANK YOU to Karina C. The Pain Center of Arizona is so lucky to have a high caliber person like her on their team. The only time I had an issue, Karina promptly reached out to me. Her customer service/patient care skills were top tier. She actively listens to what you have to say, but does so in a way that makes you feel heard. I don't often experience that from other professional settings. Karina expressed genuine care and concern throughout our entire conversation. She quickly resolved my issue and I was more than pleased with the end result. The Pain Center of Arizona will resolve any questions or concerns you may have immediately and sincerely. It is my belief that they really do go above and beyond for their patients. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for me.

New review April 4, 2024: I had been seeing the same pain management doc for about 14 years, unfortunately, he had just retired and had me see Dr. Narain. I have had several failed back surgeries and was on an opiod regime for almost 20 years. I saw Dr. Narain today, he didn't listen to a word I said and kept trying to sell me, no force me into in-house surgery and refused to refill my prescriptions. Now I am forced to go through withdrawal and put my health and life at risk. His assistant basically I was a drug addict. They refused to follow my established treatment plan. Avoid this doctor and the pain center at all costs! The worst experience in my 65 years. have been trying to get my insurance straightened out since 31 August. I will be out of my pain meds in 2 days. The pain center refuses to refill my prescriptions until I see my doctor and they refuse to refill my meds without an appointment which they refuse to schedule. What a screwed up organization. My pain doc that I've been seeing for almost 14 years started there on 1 September.

I'm almost completely pain free compared to my first visit. No heavy prescriptions... That's a plus

They are amazing here! Ty at the front desk is so sweet and full of energy every time I see her. She always has a smile on her face.
