Been waiting for this appointment for weeks dealing with recurring migraines for days. Took great notes about time, location, copay, pricing, etc. Get here, with my 4 yr old, and I'm not on their schedule. Show them everything I'd written down regarding the appointment, and just got poor attitude and no help. They said they would work me in, but I finally gave up and left, taking the paperwork I'd filled out with me. This company called me once my referral was received. How can they drop the ball on something so basic as booking an appointment, and I'm supposed to trust them with anything medical? Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Now I have to start all over, get my referral sent somewhere else, and wait again. To say I'm not happy is an understatement.... The woman at the front desk didn't do much of anything to try to help. Hope others have a better experience. I was really hoping to get some relief.

Arizona pain relief is amazing so welcoming and they are always happy to help and answer any questions you may have no matter what it is. Im always leave feeling better than I did walking in. I hurt my shoulder a few years ago and since Ive been coming to Arizona pain relief my shoulder pain has gone away and I have more movement and flexibility than before, Ive been able to work out again pain free which awesome!!
