    The appointment was maybe 1 minute long I had to stop the doctor from leaving to ask a question. This was my first appointment for a shoulder problem that just started. All he said was you don't need surgery get a cortisone shot ... Not much information, felt like I was burden for being there. The assistant was short as well. Won't be back

    We waited a week to see a surgeon. My husband broke his ankle and this was the soonest we could get in. I was informed AT checkin for the appt that they were NOT in my network. No one called me to let me know. I got on the phone with my insurance right away and was told that no, it was actually covered and they were indeed in network. THEY were the one who gave me the contact to make the appt!! I went back up to the front desk to let them know and was told that they will have have to call themselves to confirm (So why didn't this happen sooner?) I sat down and watched the front desk woman but she never even got on the phone. She called me back up to the desk to let me know she couldn't confirm our insurance coverage but it didn't matter because our appt time had passed so it was automatically canceled anyway. Apathetic and poorly trained front desk.

    Follow-up care for an MRI has been extremely frustrating. It's now 3 weeks after an appt. where an order for an MRI was written but it went nowhere, and it's still up in the air! It's been a VERY exasperating experience with no 'paper trail', where I feel I have no recourse.
