        Amazing experience at this location. It was my first time and I was shocked at how nice the guys were and quickly they took care of everything. Luke, Trenton and Jerry were wonderful and I will definitely be returning. Who knew getting an oil change could be such a nice experience.

        Went first thing Sat AM. No one in line. Two of employees were walking back from McDonalds. When she gets into bay motions me to come forward. I proceed as normal she motioned me to stop. Well i guess i didnt stop fast enough for her. The attitude and general annoyance that i went slightly too far was over the top. She then told me the cost of the oil change which i expected $80-$90 typical. But I cant understand why someone in a customer service industry would treat a customer like $80-$90 is nothing and be so annoyed. In my book $80-$90 should solicit some kindness and basic customer service. Neither which did we receive. After the intro and the attitude I declined to spend my money here. Use to tell everyone to go but now i will never use again. Its too easy to do my own oil change for $33 to pay extra to be treated that way. Customer service is your biz. Get people that care.
