After living in the West Valley for the past eleven years. It was time to find a new eye doctor in the East side.I really haven't been that impressed with my last three eye doctors. Coming here, I wasn't really expecting much. However, after getting my eyes checked. I really felt confident with the visit. I still need to go back for my new prescription, so we'll see how that part goes.

Dishonest and unprofessional. What an absolutely terrible experience. The front staff was fine. The doctor was rude and condescending to his staff. Bad sign. I ordered contacts and they took 3 months to arrive. Brittney was unprofessional and rude. Makes me think she is perhaps a relative of the doctor or something? Meanwhile I'm using my backup glasses and they wouldn't return calls to get my prescription so I can get my contacts elsewhere in the meantime. This is OF COURSE after maxing out BOTH of my insurance company's allowance. Never again.

FYI these folks close their bookings at 345pm. They show having hours till 5 but that's misleading. Put that information up front so people don't spend 3days trying to get a hold of you for now reason.

This appointment was my first ever time to have an ophthalmologist do a mobile office visit with their van. I think this idea is brilliant, especially during a pandemic. The van was air conditioned and Dr. Wayment arrived on-time and provided a great service. I can say this is the best 1 on 1 experience possible to have with a doctor and I enjoy that I do not have to worry about driving home after dilation because of the mobile visit. Thank you for provide such a great service.

These people are crooks save your money. They charged me one thing and then sent me another bill later with mystery charges on it. I had to get a lawyer to get a response from them as to what the problem was. they decided to say that after they billed the insurance company for my glasses the price had changed. Tell everyone you can. ill post my proof asap but i'm reporting them to the AZ board of optometry and the state attorney generals office. I also reporting them to my insurance company for fraudulent charges. I have a receipt of my separate transaction for the glasses. I hope it was worth it.
