Samantha did a phenomenal job. Its a tough market right now but she worked hard to assist us in finding a house we loved. She showed us innumerable houses and when we found one that we liked she fought to try to help us meet our requests as much as possible with the seller. Even after closing, she continued to work to help us in every way that she could. She also set us up with mortgaging, contractor, pool people. The overall process was as easy as it could be. I moved from Northeast to Phoenix, AZ area and Samantha was my guide and real estate agent to find a new place. Sam was great in showing us around the area and helped us narrow down our options. At times she remotely assisted me in the process as I was out of state. We settled on a new construction and Sam went above and beyond her role and made sure the builder executed on addressing all the issues. Sam is genuine and takes her job seriously and does it well. Samantha is very professional and definitely a class above any other realtor in the valley. She puts the clients needs first always and she wont stop until you are 1000% happy with your dream home. She is very knowledgeable and has built a strong network of connections which allows her to understands the local housing market, she is detail oriented and she holds herself to the highest standard.
