Can't say enough great things about Karen and her expertise when it came to selling my custom home. I threw every challenge I could at her - house had been on market previously and never sold, yet she rose to the occasion and provided strategic insight to what needed to be done to get it sold quickly. It was on the market less than 5 days before it had multiple offers at asking price or more. She was a dream in helping us close with as few interruptions as possible. She even helped me find a fabulous home to lease for the transition out of my home. She will be my realtor for my next home when I am ready to buy again. Can't say enough great things about Karen. Karen has been so flexible, helpful and prepared. She has gone above and beyond to assist us in looking for homes. I can call her last minute to see a home and she will drop what shes doing to accommodate us. Even with short notices, she comes to each meeting with detailed information about the homes we are seeing. Thank you Karen!

I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience working with Karen. We purchased and sold a home with Karen all within a matter of 6 weeks. During the buying experience Karen was a huge advocate for us as buyers, she had great attention to detail ensuring we were aware of all our options and negotiating on our behalf throughout the entire process. Karen helped us sell our home too. She was very proactive on marketing and ensuring we were prepared. The pictures and video she setup were fantastic. She hosted an open house our first weekend on MLS and we had 11 offers to pick from and closed in 3 weeks!!!!Overall, Karen helped us get all we asked for and more out of our transactions.
