Jennifer was an exemplary realtor! She had good suggestions of people to help do touch ups. She even checked the work out personally since we were not there. She knows her stuff, which gave us a lot of confidence and she personally attended to every detail. She had our house sold before it was even officially open for viewings. Overall, she made the process worry-free for us as home sellers. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

We used Jen Kesler to sell our rental property in Gilbert, AZ and then use the funds from the sale, through a 1031 exchange, to purchase a new investment property located on the Queen Creek / San Tan Valley border. We got the new, larger property for under asking price even in this crazy market. The transaction of the sale and purchase of the two properties took 30 days total and went so smoothly. Jen had our best interest in mind at all time. I would definitely use her again!
