        Has got to be the slowest jack in the box. Doesn't matter what time of day I go it's always a 20+ minute wait. I feel ownership should staff it properly.

        Went thru drive thru 2 times one at around 7 and again around 830 both orders same kid. Told me drive around to wait for small order no line but didn't give my card back I was like card please then noticed attitued Lame interaction across the board I was extra nice got meh back that's whatever. I asked for 1 or 2 extra marinara as ordered multiple orders of cheese sticks but he didn't honor. Said wanted a The B.U.C.B just the burger not a combo got the burger plain very dry no sauce after clarifying botched read backs of my order a bunch a times. "Hey can I get the bacon ultimate cheeseburger no combo just the burger thanks" how hard is that ..... Normally wouldn't waste time for this level of review but noticed many others as well. Lotta the cheese sticks were also hollow or the ones with cheese were cracked and cheese seeping out the them what little remained that is.......
