The drive-thru worker, who barely speaks any English, made me circle around the drive-thru to serve customers behind me first. When i asked him why he made me do that, his response was "for the timer". When i told him "that's not right", his next response was "i don't care". Is this the way you train your employees to engage with customers? I will be filling a corporate complaint letting them know your guys are manipulating your drive-thru times and being disrespectful to customers.
