Office manager Caitlin is rude! Doesn't even respond to concerns when brought to her attention. How can they have such an individual work at a psychology clinic to assist patients but yet she is not a friendly nor welcoming manager!

They deserve ZERO STARS !! If you have SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS DO NOT GO HERE !!! They treat by studies they read and not what is best for a Pt. Ignorant, rude, uncaring, Drs, Care Team, ( terrible name they dont care at all) Case Mgrs., therapists . Nobody ever calls back. My child was hopeless and they told him sorry theres nothing we can do.. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD OR YOURSELF THROUGH THE AGONY MY SON DID PLEASE!!!!

I called Spectrum Wellness and was told via automated service that they do not have a receptionist and if you are wanting to schedule an appointment with any of their doctors as a new patient then you need to go online to register on their website and fill out all of the paperwork. I have tried 6 different times to fill these papers out! Each time I will be in the middle of answering a question and it kicks me off back to the sign in page. As anyone knows that has ever had to fill out very thorough new patient paperwork it can be very tedious and take some time. To be almost done with writing out all of my information to then being kicked off and sent BACK to the login page to log in again for the SIXTH time is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! VERY disappointed with the fact that you cant speak to anyone until you fill out 10 pages of paperwork.
