If I could give this place a zero I would. You will be pushed into TMs and booked apt you didn't make and then get bullied into showing up. They will cancel apts you did make with no notifications. Jason is not a therapist he's a pill pusher and TMS pusher. Find any place else to go but here!

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I really did but they truly, and honestly suck. I have never felt so uncomfortable going into an office in my life until this place. My first visit was a long one, I was seen by the patient care advocate for over an hour and spent 10 to 15 minutes with the Dr. basically being told, These are your issues, these are the pills you can choose from to fix it. I was astounded that pills were thrown at me so quickly (Though, I shouldve known by my Dr. being an ex-pharmacist-turned-psychiatrist). I am not a pill person and I told them that and that is where several of my problems started occurring. 1. I had 3 separate anti-depressants and 2 different sleeping meds prescribed for me by my Dr. and he told me to Pick up whichever one I felt like I liked, without giving me any recommendations beyond the side effects. (Again I hate pill pushers and pills as a whole). I was not talked to about my problems aside from the initial screening and every time I go in the doctor asks me how much more of my meds I need and shoves me out the door. He barely knows me beyond my first name and the fact that my insurance is lining his pockets whether he cares about my mental health or not. 2. I was also recommended TMS treatment that I ultimately did not want to go through, but yet everyone at the officeTHE SECOND TIME I HAD BEEN IN was begging me to choose that route and trying to persuade me into why its the best option despite its price and the people who say it didnt work and it was painful. When I discussed this with my Dr. he told me to not listen to the people on the internet because theyre not as informed as he is. (Not as informed you mean, a TMS dedicated subreddit full of individuals who say they despised the treatment and didnt want to go through with it after TRYING IT?). As an advocate for myself, I really dislike feeling pressured by professional medical workers into doing something that is not required of me and that I had already discussed not wanting to do. It felt like they just wanted their money from the very costly month long procedures. and my BIGGEST gripe: 3. I had gotten an email from them saying I had an appointment on March 11, when I had never made one. I still decide to walk in and go through with the appointment, only to be told that I wasnt even on the books. Okay, no big deal. I ask the lady at the front desk to check if I have other appointments and she said I had 2: one for April 5 (today) and one for April 9. Thats weird. Who needs two appointments 4 days apart? So, I asked her to cancel the one on the 5th and she assured me that she did. Fast forward to yesterday, I get a text at 1:30 PM stating I have an appointment and I need to confirm. I thought I had already cancelled it, but maybe I confused the dates, so I went ahead and confirmed it through text, only to call 5 minutes later and say that I was mistaken because I would not have a mode of transportation to get there and that that appointment should have been cancelled over a MONTH AGO. She assured me that she could cancel the appointment but because I fell under the 24-hour window (mind you, I wasnt even aware that they DIDNT cancel this appointment until 3 hours after I had lost the 24-hour window to cancel) I would still be charged a $150 no-show fee. Really?? Youre going to steal money from patients whom requested cancelled appointments that your incompetent staff couldnt do on time?? Youre going to completely disregard the patients who cant find a way to their appointments and say Who cares, we still get our money, sucks to be you! I had my mother discuss this appointment issue directly with someone over the phone and they blamed me for confirming it and gaslit my mother into thinking I was the issue. I highly recommend not even wasting your time here. I dont dole out negative reviews easily, but this one was a no brainer. Go somewhere else. They dont care about you.
