I called Diamond to arrange rental of a lift chair that I needed the next day. I fully expected to be told I couldn't be helped. To my surprise, Erin verified that there was 1 chair available & they were able to get it out that day. I spoke to her & Cecile several times through out & they were GREAT! If I could give more stars I would! Thank you!!

This place has a business relationship with Evernorth. Was faxed the information for a scooter in June and haven't heard a single word. I've left 3 messages with no response. I'm also filling a report with Cigna Medicare. There has to be a better more reputable place to deal with.

Mike, Erin, and Nina were all very helpful and kind! I learned the different types of equipment available and know I got exactly what I need. I will only go to Diamond Medical Equip. for any future needs!

The staff here were all extremely helpful with picking out what I needed for a family member. They have a huge selection of medical equipment and supplies were all pleasant to interact. Highly recommend
