        The medical staff would not help my 96 year old mother, in a wheelchair, up on the table for an EKG. Then the blood draw had to be rescheduled because lack of staff. Returning a few days later for a second blood draw attempt, afterwards the blood sample was delayed to the lab deemed no good and this office had to schedule a third blood draw. Im not putting my 96 year old mom through this again. Incompetent office !!!!!! never going back Also, Optima Office manager, Sabrina, does not call back to address any concerns regarding my mom. This office has lost our business.

        Was late and they still got me in right away. Carla (Nurse Practitioner) was very concerned and committed to solving my problems. It was out right away but felt all my needs were met and questions answered.

        From the office staff to my favorite, NP Mara Carson. She is very sweet, down to earth and she truly cares about her patients wellbeing. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Rate 10 out of 10
