Pinnacle Vein and Vascular Center

The only reason I gave this office 1 star is because a procedure I had done was very helpful and I am grateful for that despite my frustration. The cons far outweigh the pros here, and I do not recommend this office to anyone who doesn't have a ton of time to waste. In the many times I have been to this office, which is a satellite office for their main one in Sun City, I have never once been called back at my appointment time. I get that doctors sometimes have emergencies, and I'm typically very understanding. But it happens: Every. Single. Time. And what should be a relatively short visit hasn't ever been that for me. I'll use my most recent visit as an example. I showed up a respectful 10 minutes before my appointment time. It was a follow-up that was supposed to take a quick 30 minutes with no ultrasound (I diligently noted that in my calendar when I made the appointment months ago). 30 minutes after my appointment time I was still in the lobby waiting to be called back. When I was called back, they took me to the ultrasound tech's room, where I was apparently getting an ultrasound that I wasn't apprised of. Due to my horrible previous experiences with the tech there, I would have worn different clothes and made time to run home afterwards to shower (tons of *cold* goop everywhere and I swear she has fallen sound asleep during the ultrasounds before). I hesitantly agreed to the ultrasound after voicing my concern about a 'quick' appointment and how long it took them to call me back. When I got sort of cleaned up, I was taken to another room to wait for the doctor. I'd now already been at the doctor's office for over an hour. The nurse came in, obviously knowing that I was concerned about time, and said there were 2 patients ahead of me before I would see the doctor and I was welcome to wait or reschedule. If ever I have felt disrespected and trapped at a doctor's office, it was today. Having seen Dr. Kralik a couple of times before, I knew that those 2 patients ahead of me would take 20-30 minutes each. He is extremely lackadaisical during his visits, causing them to take much longer than they should. I was upset enough today that I opted to leave. This 'satellite' office lacks professionalism and courtesy, and I do not recommend. I'm sure the people who work there are nice, but I expect more from a professional medical office.

I love Doctor Uppal and all of the staff. I was very nervous about having my procedure's done but Doctor Uppal explained everything and listened to my concerns. If ever I need a vascular surgeon for any reason it will be Doctor Uppal!
