I came back to this office after having had a previous bad experience with Amber, she never could remember what medication she put me on, and never called me for my appointments at the time they were scheduled. I thought, maybe if I see a new practitioner at this office, it will be ok. I couldn't have been more wrong.This time, I had an appointment with Ethel. On the day of my appointment, I was called back 23 minutes late even though I was there and checked-in 30 minutes early. She was very nasty. She made me feel like I was a bad person and that she was doing me a favor by seeing me. The whole time I was there, I was in tears because of the way she spoke to me and treated me. Now, Ethel has made me feel like I am worthless and I am a burden to her. Even though she made me feel this way, she told me she would fill out paperwork that I needed for my employer. Ethel did write this letter, however it didn't give enough detail and my employer needed more information. I sent an email explaining this situation to Shannon, Ethel's assistant, and had to call several times for a response. Finally, when I got a response, I was told "I have to tell Ethel to her face what I needed." WOW, this really sounds almost like I am being threatened or I am being called to the principal's office, but ok, I will come in to tell you what I already told you on my first appointment...I had an appointment at noon the very next day. I showed up at 11:30am and sat there until 1pm when the office manager came out and told me I needed to schedule with a different doctor. Worse, it was not just any doctor, but was to be with the first doctor that I had, who could never remember what medication I was currently taking. I now sit here in tears, so stressed out because of Ethel being so nasty, uncaring, and not following through with anything that she said she would do. As a result, I may lose my job.THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING OR CARE ABOUT HELPING YOU IN ANY WAY. THEY DON'T LISTEN TO YOU DURING YOUR APPOINTMENTS, THEY JUST DO THE LEAST AMOUNT OF WORK THEY HAVE TO DO, AND ARE TOO LAZY TO ACTUALLY TAKE THE NECESSARY TIME TO HELP THEIR PATIENTS.

-Ethel was actively transphobic to me for no reason, sharing personal beliefs she should have kept to herself. -Ethel raised her voice with me in anger for a prescription I took SIX years ago UPDATE: I did not want to initially but I gave Resilient Health another chance. I filed a complaint about the person I talked about above and the manager I spoke to was really kind to me about it. I have a case manager now (Danielle!) who is AMAZING and I feel way better about my ability to get care here. Updated the stars to 3, will come back to add more if I continue to get more good care here than the one bad experience I had.
