I love Dr. Kay Southwell and pay out of pocket to see her. However, Im not a fan of the front desk/office people. This past appointment, I checked in with them and signed some paperwork and they never actually checked me in. When I checked out they were not very friendly and did not help to explain why my out of pocket had gone up about $60 more dollars then I had paid before or $40 more then my husband had just paid a month ago. But because of Doctor Kay I will just deal with them. She gets 5 stars!

I was in for a discussion with my PA, Katie Fedorick, on recent test results. She was so helpful in explaining each one and was very willing to discuss a plan of action that suited both her and myself. I really appreciate her sharing her knowledge and for also listening to me and giving my thoughts and feelings adequate attention.

Courteous, Organized., & Efficient
Alexandra Settles NP(Nurse Practioner) is very knowledgeable, Competent, Flexible with Strong Rationales for her Primary Care Health Decisions Dr. Sandra Levitt MD/Board Certified Internist has the VIP Patient Services among other varied patient care services offered Also, the Employed Nurse Practitioners & Speciality Employees are highly Credentialed

As always, Dr. Levitt addressed my healthcare concerns with competence, compassion and patience. Ruby was warm and thorough during my check-in. And the young man who did my blood draw was very personable and efficient. Riley is a wonderful addition to the MDVIP team. Thank you, Innovative Primary Care, for all you do for me!
