No joke my experience here at Silent-Aire has been nothing short of amazing the employees here are so helpful and the office team is always willing to help in any situation. Growth opportunities are outrageous if you love to work and put your all into what you do . I LOVE IT HERE!! I have been working for Silent-Aire for 4 years now. Within the past four years, I have grown drastically. My first year I was a sealer/ assembly, two years within the company, I was able to be document control, receptionist and now Im an Hr Coordinator. If you have a driving mentality and are looking for a great place to grow your career and meet good people, this is the place to be. Our apprenticeship program, fun committee, and family oriented employees will lead you to a successful future.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PAID REVIEWS ON HERE!!! Horrible place to work. Filled with a lot of racism as well as inappropriate favoritism. Its EXTREMELY to hot to work in and they pass out only two hydration packets to combat it. They hire a lot of just stand around people as they charge their customers high rates for each head working within their factory while pocketing most of the pay for higher ups as well as the company then the employees working hard to move up. Human Resources is a complete joke and they act like they care but are extremely biased towards employees making a complaint and again favor the higher up employees and get rid of anyone making a complaint. I thought the company would have been an amazing place to work at but literally after a few months I left the company along with many other employees. There has also been large layoffs for any employees that have gotten together to take a stand against whats going on which is why they prefer to hire thru staffing agencies. Dont expect a raise there whatsoever.
