I ordered a thumb mag release kit for my M10. Not only did it not work the parts were poorly made. When compared to my original parts the replacement parts were tapered and not straight, showing the parts were not machined square also hole for spring location was off center etc. I sent the kit I ordered back 2-3wks ago alone with 2 videos showing my issue via email, have called twice and still no closer to a solution. This led to a lack of confidence in their quality and customer service, so I just emailed a request for a refund and a cancellation for my place in line for the $3,000 5.56 upper for the M10. The only thing I can say good about this company is the girl answering the phone was very kind. Would not recommend this company or order anything from them again. Wasted my time and very disappointed as a customer.
