He was able to get my first time home buyers a grant that was large enough for their ENTIRE down payment and some of their closing cost. We couldnt have asked for a better experience from Bryan Canar and his team. From beginning to end we were updated on progress and they always called if something was needed to prevent any delays. We could have easily closed early but for personal reasons we stuck to the schedule. Marlow is part of Bryans staff and she was on point in every aspect. The Canar team always kept in touch with our Realtor and even threw in a good word for us with the listing agent. When we closed ( 3/5/2024) we didnt need to bring any additional cash either. Bryan and his team have been in the industry for a long time and it shows. Thank you again for all your help and keeping the train on the rails. Top notch .
