I am big on giving feedback to promote or warn customers. Unfortunately, this is a warning. I asked Lisa to create a Trust for me, and the first meeting, while she was late, it went well.  The meeting to go over the documents was rushed because her dog was in labor. She admitted it was the fastest meeting she ever had, maybe 15 minutes to go over a 90 page Trust. Once again she was late.  A Trust is an important legal document and should never be rushed!! The next meeting (she was late to every meeting or totally forgot we had some meetings.)  Asking her to make changes to correct errors fell on deaf ears. One excuse after another, her health, her air conditioner, out of town, booked up. At one meeting to go over changes, SHE WROTE IN MY TRUST WHAT SHE NEEDED TO CHANGE.  How very unprofessional! I left the Trust book with her to make changes that she never made.I wasted $700 and lots of time and travel on someone who is completely incapable of honesty. She ruined my Trust book and I called several others to see if they would fix her mistakes  and not one person was willing. I am having surgery for a brain tumor and wanted this Trust done before then.  I am working with an attorney now. This review is a red flag I wish I had before I met her.  She is a danger to the public in that she is incapable of putting together legal documents for anyone. She doesn't return calls, texts, and does not do what she says she will do.
