Capital Mark impressed us and exceeded all expectations from the very beginning. Kyle has to be the best contractor I've ever worked with. He runs his business so tight, and everything went so smooth. Before work started, he gave us a move in date. We were moved in a few days before his target, which is so rare in this industry! He is extremely patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about our opinions, thoughts, and timelines. All of his employees and subs were always happy, helpful, and truly cared about the customer, which speaks volumes about Kyle. David is one of the nicest, most patient guys we've dealt with in this arena. Sarah walked us through the whole design process and had excellent design opinions. A true expert. Cody is from a different planet when it comes to customer service... not just willing to go the extra mile, he is wanting to go the extra mile. He even helped us put our house back together and hang a couple things. Patrick from the demo team also had all these same qualities. We couldn't believe how clean he left the house during the demo process. Most importantly, our house turned out amazing. Everyone loves it and commented on the high quality of work. Capital Mark also didn't charge an arm and a leg and felt it the cost was very competitive. Based on everything I wrote here, I'd say we got a killer deal on the whole thing. Very impressed by everyone involved! If anyone is looking for a home remodel, just stop at Capital Mark, don't bother getting quotes from anyone else!

Kyle and the Capital Mark team are truly unparalleled in the business! Seven years ago, we experienced Kyle's expertise when he transformed our kitchen. So, when the decision came to remodel both our master and Jack and Jill bathrooms, Capital Mark was our first and only choice.
We're still in awe of the breathtaking transformation! Kyle, the owner, effortlessly guides the entire process, supported by a professional team, including a top-notch designer, Sara. The promised timeline was strictly adhered to - a crucial factor for us.

Kyle and the entire team at Capital Mark Interiors are simply the best in the industry!
I have worked with many different contractors as a real estate investor. Kyle and his team are the only contractor Ive ever worked with that will start and finish a project on time! Ive personally worked on several projects with Capitol Mark, also know several neighbors and friends who had gone through entire house renovations with them. Project after project, the team consistently delivers superb workmanship on schedule! That is unheard of in the industry!
In addition to the impressive scheduling and workmanship, everyone on the team is just a pleasure to work with. From the owner Kyle, who really listens and pays attention to all the clients wants; to Sarah, the in-house designer who brings the vision to life with her expert advice and beautiful design boards; to every person who ever set foot on the job site, who are always courteous and respectful of the house. When John and Matt worked at my personal house, my toddler must had given them 20 hugs everyday! They felt like family! Still stayed on schedule even with the toddler asking questions every 10 minutes!
I highly recommend Kyle and Capital Mark Interior to anyone who is considering renovating their home.

We are very satisfied customers with our recently completed dream kitchen. We would recommend Capital Mark Interiors to anyone pursuing a design and build remodel. The whole team was professional and did a great job.
Kyle is open and honest with impeccable communication. He set a realistic schedule, and the project was even completed a day early.
The original kitchen was problematic, and when consulting with numerous companies our design options were somewhat disappointing. Within minutes of arriving at our home, Sarah pitched a new design that solved all the problems. And it didnt break the bank. She was also very helpful guiding us through the choice of details.
Rob and Pat were very friendly and did a great job with the construction. They asked questions when needed and gave suggestions when asked. We were also impressed how tidy they had left the worksite when we would check on the progress after hours. They were so nice that we miss having them around.
The only subcontractor we interacted with was Jason, who did the floors and baseboards. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and the floors look amazing. The finished product from the other trades - plumbing, electrical, paint, cabinets and countertops - came together perfectly. It is obvious that Kyle has built a strong relationship with all of his subcontractors.
And David is the nicest man who communicated with us often and always made himself available.
