        We have been using them for years. This past summer our air went out and we finally we ready for a new one. Ken was very honest as usual. He told us our options and didn't pressure us into a new one. We just decided to because the unit was 18 years old.  Ken and his team installed it.  After a couple days the new one wasn't working. We called Ken and he back to us quickly and came over.  He and his team are kind, honest, and very hardworking. He made sure the problem was resolved and followed up with us. -Joe
