Disappointing Experience with The Perfect Clean I regret to say that my recent experiences with The Perfect Clean have been less than satisfactory. Despite initially positive interactions, the quality of their work has noticeably slipped. Moreover, they have been consistently tardy, arriving over an hour later than scheduled on their last two visits. Adding to the frustration, without prior notice, they unilaterally changed our agreed-upon cleaning time from 9-11 AM to 11-1 PM, disrupting our schedule. Furthermore, their oversight in leaving behind cleaning supplies like washcloths and cleaning spray bottles reflects a lack of attention to detail. Most disappointing of all was the indifferent customer service we encountered when expressing our concerns and frustrations. The person we spoke with on the phone seemed apathetic to the inconveniences we faced. Regrettably, based on these experiences, I cannot in good faith recommend The Perfect Clean to others and will be looking for another service.

EDIT: I gave them a chance to come back and fix it, but I was still wildly disappointed. Not only were they late again, but they did a terrible job. The amount of time my family was inconvenienced by being out of the house way longer than projected was frustrating, but to show up and have it still not be clean made it even worse. So many things were missed, even after 5+ hours of cleaning. It didnt even smell clean, like they were just cleaning with water. I have to work on actually cleaning everything now, which is hard as Im 9 months pregnant. I was really hoping the service would be better and make this time before the baby comes less stressful. Do yourself a favor and save you $300-$400 and do it yourself. Perfect Clean, if you cant hire people that can actually clean, stop taking on clients. I would be so embarrassed to have a company with such bad results. And I would absolutely hate to have such pregnant clients trying to clean their house after doing such a poor job. You need to change your description of whats offer in a deep clean, if they arent going to actually do any of that stuff. Ive attached a photo of some of the vacuum debris and mop water from when I cleaned up after them. Thats just embarrassing. Its not even my whole house and that much stuff was left behind. All my photos are from the second deep cleaning. Original Post: Ive used this company a few times now and always have the same result. They do a bad job, but are willing to come out and fix it. This time was the same, but the worst job they have ever done. Almost nothing got cleaned. The floors were still dirty and sticky, the showers didnt even look like they got wiped down, and there was still dirty kid messes all over the house. They even left two of the couch cushions backwards with the zippers facing forward. It didnt even smell cleaned when we walked in and stuck immediately was sticking to my feet. The lack of attention to detail was terrible. I couldnt believe how bad it was, especially for the cost of a deep clean. Not to mention how late they were running and how long I had to keep my family out of the house, because they were so behind. They are supposed to come back in two days to fix it all, so Ill update my review then.
