A Hampton with the most unprofessional and unfriendly team. This is especially true for the receptionist named Wess. Courtesy and service are a foreign word for this hotel.

The front desk are very informative and nice to bad about the people that are staying here they are running and pounding in the door so we end up complaining and the kids went apologizing youll understand if their 10 years old kids but they are college students baseball teams so issue resolved and the management are very nice. Rooms: Its clean and comfy a little out dated but its good for the prices and location

Overall, it was a good experience here. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, so I don't have anything to say on that, other than it was a little small. The room was good. Things seemed clean. The bed, though, it was pretty uncomfortable. Definitely needs to be updated. The gym had a good variety and good-sized space, but it could use a deep cleaning. There was a good variety for breakfast and the muffins were delicious.

The place is great, has rooms available, the people are fantastic, and the location is right by a cracker barrel, so that's great. My only gripe is that the breakfast is sub par, but being next to a cracker barrel can make up for it.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip and have no complaints, only praises. Centrally located to freeway, plenty of restaurants and coffee within walking distance. My room was clean and spacious, heard no sound from other rooms other than a toilet flushing above me (no big deal). I used the fitness center once, and that was also super clean. Front desk staff was beyond friendly. We were able to get two nights of restaurant suggestions from them which we took and are glad we did. Ventured to Joe's BBQ in downtown Gilbert which was so good, and then for a quicker bite on our last night walked over to Union Tap and Grill. I only grabbed a banana each day from the free breakfast offerings so I can't say much about that, but the dining area was clean as well as where the food was served. If I am back in the area for business I would stay here again.
