Excellent experience with Terry and Eric. Looked at homes and had all questions answered about the product. Stunning views! They do a great use of the space for parks, walking, and tennis courts.

Excellent sales team, good product, but incredibly disappointing after-sales service. I bought a house at 'Reserve at Red Rock,' and despite it being over three months since the purchase, unresolved issues from the closing walkthrough persist. My advice to prospective buyers: ensure all concerns are addressed before closing, as post-purchase communication and issue resolution is definitely lacking. Be prepared to exercise patience, consistently send emails, and brace yourself for the possibility of not even receiving an acknowledgment. Bottomline - Consider buying Blandford homes but DON'T close till everything is fixed to your satisfaction (DO NOT trust them if they tell you that things will be fixed in a couple of days/weeks)
