I went back for my second visit with Jessica after work yesterday. The first time I went I wanted to get some fantasy colors, but because of my previous hair experiences it would have come out as a disaster, so we just cut my hair back to health and made another appointment. When I got there we started talking about what I wanted to do with my hair. Once the decision was made to do a balayage highlight she shared the starting pricing, and the possible extra costs (extra bowls of color, toner). She then spent almost 2 hours foiling my crazy thick hair to make tiny little highlights all over my head. We talked, caught up, she asked me about my family and my upcoming vacation. Once the foiling was done we hung out and watched some TV while we waited, then continued on with the process. She dried a small part of my hair so I could decide if I wanted a second go with the toner. At this point it was getting pretty late, but if I wanted to, she was totally willing to stay even later to do a second round of toner. I decided against it and she moved right on, drying my hair and curling it so that when I woke up the next morning I'd have a great hairdo that I didn't have to do anything for! Jessica was completely transparent the entire time about cost, how many visits my end goal will take and provided me with options for great hair product to ensure that my hair color stays true and long lasting. The whole process took several hours, but the time flew by and it was almost like a girls night with all the conversation and laughs that we had during my service. I absolutely recommend Jessica not only because she does great things with hair, but she is an open, honest and fun person to spend a few hours with while you get your hair done.

Worst place. Worst experience. I even messafed after it was clear she didnt want to do my hair and thanked her for her time and she didnt respond. Read it but that's all. Unprofessional.

I am in love with my purple hair. I have gone back for my touch ups. I am looking forward to my next visit, since I will be changing my hair color

I have to give Jessica Ann Beall a little more love because I came in for a big change and she did such an amazing job! I have never done anything different with my hair, and I wanted to get some purple put in it! First she sat down with me and really talked over the purple, because it was so different, she was professional and wanted to make sure that I truly had thought this through. She also threw out a bunch of different ideas, just to give me some different options! I really appreciate that! I feel like she is looking out for my best interest! So purple is the way I went and I have to be honest and say I was super nervous because as excited as I was, it was going to be so different. Well as excepted, Jessica KNOCKED it out of the park! My hair looks so amazing! Its not over the top... she knows exactly what she is doing and knows how to decipher through my indecisiveness and give me exactly what I wanted. I have never done anything like this with my hair, but I love it and will continue coming to see her for everything hair related! I don't know how anyone cant love her honesty and straightforwardness. She is so smart and knows SO MUCH about hair! Besides that when you spend a day with someone getting your hair done, its nice when they are warm and kind and that is Jessica! Thankful that I came across her!

I went to Jessica to get a subtle balayage, and unfortunately I was not a fan of how it turned out color or style. It wasn't subtle and first turned out reddish instead of gold and had some pieces that didn't get toned at all. I did let her know and she offered for me to come back to fix it , when I went back I felt like I wasn't heard because I told her I just wanted to even it out but she said she would just go darker and add more gold, it idid get darker but one area still didn't get toned and was still not a color I really liked. I let her know about that piece that's still didn't get toned all the way and she said she doesn't understand why that area isn't getting colored( I have never had that issue). I decided to go elsewhere to get it colored today and that piece that didn't get colored got color right away with toner, I was told it was most likely just missed a area. Just sad I didn't end up with what I wanted and had to go somewhere else and lose out on more money to get hair that I didn't plan on. Also when she got ready to cut my hair because I hand told her how I wanted it cut and she seemed like she was starting to cut when I told her I just want d like an inch off but she said she was just cleaning it up and even with her specials her prices are pretty high.
