Sons first real hair cut was great! They had a lot of things to keep him busy and not too worried.

One word, AWESOME! I was here with my one year old boy for his first haircut and the stylist was amazing. So caring and loving! My son was screaming his head off but the stylist remained calm and provided a great haircut. They also gave balloons and lollipops to my son and my 5 year old daughter who was accompanying us. Oh they also put free nail paint on my daughters nails and gave her a ring when she was waiting for us to be done. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!! Service: Kids' cuts

Horrified! We went there for our sons first haircut. The stylist, Marie, told us after she butchered my sons hair (he is biracial so has very curly hair) that she has never cut his style of hair before! So basically our sons beautiful baby hair that we grew out for 2-years was her experiment. Had she told us BEFORE she started butchering his hair she hadnt worked on his kind of curly hair, we would have immediately left. We should have known when she started asking us if she should use scissors or the normal cutters to cut his hair. I replied I had no clue since I am not a professional haircutter. His hair was lopsided, she was supposed to take off only 3 inches with a fade on the bottom (pretty standard boy haircut) which would have left him a lot of length on the top to style his hair. Instead she kept cutting his hair shorter and shorter to try to correct the complete unevenness. After we told her how obviously uneven his hair was, she then told us how this was her first time cutting his kind of hair, and that they have a great barber there that we should use. Ummm why the heck wasnt this mentioned BEFORE?! We did leave before it was even done as it became clear this was a complete disaster, and even she agreed! We still were charged full price! $40 for a haircut that wasnt even finished. We had to go to a barber immediately afterwards to finish and try to salvage what was left of his hair. Now our sons hair is down to maybe two inches of curls on the top. Very traumatizing. So basically if you have a child who has curly hair, RUN the other way. Service: Haircut
