One Medical: Olivia Anderson, DO

I had my initial visit at One Medical with Dr. Anderson in the summer of 2017. I had gone in for treatment of my autoimmune disorder and for assistance with my intermittent leave at my workplace. As many other patients from One Medical have stated previously (on the San Tan Village - One Medical Yelp! page), she is a horrendous provider. She does not reflect the patient-centered care aspect that makes One Medical so great. She immediately dismissed all of my medical concerns and said that "it's not possible" to get my intermittent leave approved, even though it wouldn't even be her providing the approval, she would just have to give clearance and document my condition / ongoing treatment. She didn't listen to anything I had to say and had an extremely rude demeanor about her overall. I'm honestly surprised she is still in practice to this day with how she treats her patients.

Fantastic gal! She did my pap and physical. By far my favorite provider to date, she was super kind and wicked intelligent.I highly recommend her if you're someone who has a variety of questions, and tends to get anxious in medical settings.
