The workers were kind, fast, and efficient; however, I was told if youre picking up an Uber eats order, youre not allowed to order your own side of fries separately, new company policy. Its really annoying because they literally dont drop the customers fries until you get there, We have to wait for them to cook anyway so why not allow us to order our own while we wait? Thats a very weird policy and will cause a lot of cancellations for customers orders! Just a heads up.

Very typical 5 Guys. Fries were perfect, better than other 5gs locations. Had cheeseburger. Typically very good.

Burgers are the best. But I always feel ripped off like the price is just a little to much but Im willing to pay it on occasion. Unfortunately today was one of those occasions. Its 8:36 on a Friday night and the place is completely shut down. No bueno! Every other restaurant in the area is open and busy. So its a year later. Lets see how they have improved. I picked up food at 9:30 so at least they were open during posted business hours. But thats all I can say. I spent almost $20 on two cheeseburgers and you can see what I got. Most pathetic, broken sloppy mess possible. $10 a piece for those? Best burgers in the world?
