I wish somehow I could give a negatve star rating. I brought my 2 children and fiancée here because of positive treatment years ago. After 2 weeks of hell I brought them in for head lice treatment as over the counter treatments were not working. (The school nurse said they have become resistant to permethrin) after accepting 60 dollars for copays and whatever our insurance paid the dr refused to examie or even look at all 3 patients (in the same room) he told me you never know and we should try the cream. I explained that a stronger version of the same thing did not make me comfortable as its just more of the same thing that we've tried 4 or 5 times at this point. He asked us to try it, wait a week, try again and if it didnt work to call in and he would prescribe the oral medicine. We agreed and now 10 days later all 4nof us have lice. We called in to get t the right medicine prescribed and after over an hour on hold, calling in on two lines the dr said "do or call whatever you wanted. Go see a dr." And hung up on me... this is a short version, its much worse. Dr Benjamin Clark. Dont ever go here
