        I used Firefly Electric for the first time today and the experience was the best I've had. Ryan was responsive and on time. He immediately found my issue and fixed it within the 15 minutes. Before contacting Firefly, I had George Brazil out and they didn't diagnose my issue correctly and gave me a quote for $3,000. Using Ryan and Firefly, I found the issue was only a $125 and 15 minute fix. I highly recommend them. Thank you again! Service: Electrical panel repair

        Not happy with this company at all. The electrician that came to service us was ill prepared, didn't call to inform us he would be late. We needed lights changed out and the ring app wired. This job has taken three days to do. This is classic case of poor work ethics and professionalism. It's Saturday and I tried calling to see where is the electrician, and why he isn't here. The company is closed Saturday. So I say, " why did the electrician say he would come back Saturday"? I regret using this company. I do not recommend them at all.
