DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! THEY MAKE YOU PAY UPFRONT FOR A REASON!! This shirt is an expensive shirt. It was white when I brought it here. The ONE stain it had was at the BOTTOM of my shirt. They removed it BUT it got replaced with TWO YELLOW stains on the right side and BLEACH stains. My shirt is no longer white, its now yellowish all over besides the 2 darker yellow stains. I did not go back as from looking at these reviews, theres nothing they will do. They got your money, youre done. Ill post my photos. My shirt said a Killinit with a dog & cat. Blue sleeves.

Dropped a brand new down comforter off on Thursday, in the original package. Went and picked it up Tuesday only to discover that it was the wrong comforter. It was too late so I went back the next day. The lady behind the desk acts like she doesnt know what I was talking about and tells me its the right one. I showed her a picture of the one i had just bought and luckily she found my ticket number and saw that the numbers didnt match. Luckily i got the right one back. I got in my truck and observed her put the comforter i returned straight back into a new bag. Im not a messy/dirty person but that blanket sat at random persons house all night and she didnt think to clean it again? Went home, opened it up, and found multiple stains on my new comforter. And it didnt even smell like it has been cleaned. Drove back down and asked for a refund. She acted like she didnt understand English and laid her accent on real thick. I showed her the stains and she began to argue. She asked if i wanted to try again and i said, No Id rather have a refund. She got upset and said, There are no guarantees and never no refund! I explained I wasnt trying to be difficult i just wanted the service I paid for. She stated again that there is never any refund and no guarantees. Also to note she did not honor the 30% discount she has advertised on her window out front. So not only did I get taken advantage of, it came at full price. Its frustrating that some people dont take any pride in their work and they get away with it. Another thing to note, SHE MAKES YOU PAY UPFRONT! so if there is ever any issue, too bad, you already paid! Save your time and go to Su Casa cleaners on Power and Baseline! The dude behind the counter said these are all simple stains and can come out no problem!

Dropped off our brand new comforter to get it cleaned before we used it. And my husband brought home an old stained comforter. Sure hope we can get our brand new down comforter back before they give it to someone else. Will not be returning.
