We have now been here four times for the same medication. The staff is very quick to let you know its not their fault. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Four different times to pick up the medication and its not here and now my wife leaves on a plane without her medicine. But of course its not your fault. Beyond terrible.

This pharmacy location has extremely rude staff, and they regularly lie about working on your prescription, and toss you to the side. You have to call and hound them about it. Its ridiculous. Zero compassion, empathy, or competency from the pharmacy staff.

Went to buy nasal spray (the Walgreens brand) I unbox it, take off the sealant, use it. I go to put the cap back on and there is a ROACH inside of my nasal spray lid. It had been packaged with it this whole time!!! I went inside to get a refund and show them - but the employee threw the cap away while I went to my car to get the box for the refund. I didnt want to cause a scene and ask for it back but now Im wishing I did. Im actually disgusted. Im never one to complain online, and its not the stores fault as much as it is the manufacturers! SO NASTY!

What a nightmare. These guys never, and I mean NEVER, have prescriptions ready when they claim they'll be ready. It's not a matter of hours or even days, but often weeks later and I never receive a call about it being late. They expect you to just keep trying again, waiting in their hellatious lines for the chance that they may have the prescription ready. Do yourself a favor and skip this pharmacy at all costs if you care about your health!

I need to give the pharmacy staff all the thanks in the world. They have always been great when I need something or helping to get my insurance to run for scripts, but yesterday they were my heroes. I take a medication that can make you very sick if you miss a dose. Well Tuesday night I opened up my daily pill container and saw I was out. Requested a refill through Walgreens and messaged my doctor. After I got off work on Wednesday, I still hadn't gotten notification that my refill had been approved. I called to talk to the Pharmacy and was basically begging them to help me out of my own dumb situation. They told me that they can give me an emergency supply if I came in. Came in after work and they were so helpful and understanding. Turns out between my call and walking in, my dr had called in the refill and they filled it right there while I was waiting so I could take the next dose ASAP. I was so relieved that I almost cried. Thank you Walgreens for saving my from my own dumb mistake.
