To whom it may concern, I am the proud owner of a Shih Tzu purchased from Karl and Rachel Conover 17 years ago and still going strong. Pepsi has been with us for like I say 17 years left our home for those many years and now hes 17 years old and still blesses our family and our home I dont want to thank Karl and Rachel for give us Pepsi years ago. They put so much care into their dogs that they are the best dog breeders out there. Thank you for caring so much about your dogs and giving them perfect homes.

We are beyond grateful for The Family Shih Tzu, and highly recommend them. They are experts in the Shih Tzu breed. From the moment I called for information, to puppy visits before our little ones came home, and even after the puppies got home, they have gone above & beyond expectations. They truly love their puppies and put an abundance of care, expertise, and devotion into their business. We are so thankful for our little treasures.

We had an excellent experience. We saw our puppy and met with Rachel and Karl 3 times before taking our sweet puppy home. Each time they were very thorough in answering all our questions and providing necessary education about Shih Tzus and how to properly care for them. They micro chipped our pup, helped us register our pup on the AKC website, enroll for pet insurance and even provided a bag of puppy food. Rachel and Karl are friendly, kind and knowledgeable and most importantly they care about the welfare of their pups. I would not hesitate to purchase a puppy with them and in fact we plan on another in the near future. We love our puppy August and he is now a member of our family for life thanks to Rachel and Karl.

After weeks of searching on Facebook and Craigslist with no success, and some very shady sites, we found The Family Shih Tzu on Google. Honest to say that we are so glad we did because we found our little puppy girl, Maggie! It was an incredible experience from the start! We were able to come see Maggie and then also have weekly visits until we just brought her home. They prepared us for taking her on home with great medical and pet records, some pet food and helpful tips to give her the best start to her life with us. It was an amazing experience and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting their new four legged family member~!
