        I will NOT step foot in this business EVER AGAIN! If you are a person who has disabilities as I do, this is not the bank for you. I have Autism, I have trouble communicating with humans. The manager here knows that and unfortunately she does not give a F. She is rude, disrespectful and truly does not care at all. I will be adding WAY more details to this review but that's it for now. I will also be closing every single one of my accounts and moving to a better bank here shortly.

        Giving Desert Financial 1 star since there is no option for no stars. It would have been nice of them to give me a heads up about cutting ties with Zelle. I received a new card from them because my card was expiring...the expiration year was 2025. I thought that was strange...but today I was in the process of using Zelle and it said my card expired and to upload a new card. I tried that but kept getting an error so I called Zelle. Customer service was very nice and let me know that the partnership with Desert Financial has dissolved. I've been using this bank for a very long time and it would have been nice to be given a heads up. Very shady.
