I booked this space mainly for their conference room. It is a great space for meetings and classes. There is a TV that can easily connect to your laptop for presentations. The room (classroom style) fits approximately 18 at the table. If you want to put chairs against the wall and open up the back of the room, maybe 23-25. There are 2 bathrooms on site and a small kitchen that can be opened direct into the conference room. The kitchen has a coffee maker, beverage fridge, water dispenser, and kettle which was perfect for hosting. We were able to bring our own coffee, tea, cups, and bottles for attendees. Wi-fi is available for devices, guest access is also provided. Building was in a convenient location with tons of parking. The owner was also very easy to coordinate with. Tips: Access to the building is through a key thus guests and meeting attendees will need to be let in by you. As this is a shared workspace, my only suggestion is coming in early to set up the room according your preference.
