Went into Dillards Saturday morning to return clothes. I explained to the young lady that I had already spoke to someone about store credit (called ahead and spoke with a manager because of the three day return policy). The young lady called over the manager, Mya (the manager) told me that it was nothing she could do because the items were over the three day return policy, I explained to her that I have CML (CHRONIC MYELOID LEUKEMIA ) and that I was going through chemo and I spoke to someone on the phone and they said that I could receive store credit sarcastically she looked at me and said " Well I guess we can do it this time but next time try not to get sick!" I was in disbelief and told her how insensitive that was and how everyday I fight for my life, she thought it was a cool joke because her grandfather is fighting a battle.
