It took me a long time to find a company that did quality stamped concrete. Ultimate Coatings exceeded my expectations. Everybody I dealt with at the company was intent on being friendly, professional, and exacting. That included an office manager, Sheila, who I know was always very busy but never made me feel like she was too busy to make me feel good about choosing them. And the guys who did the work (Aaron, Justin, and Malachi) didn't just see themselves as installers. They knew what "face of the company" meant. I've been working with subs and crews for almost my entire 30 year career, and can't remember a crew that was as professional, friendly, and respectful. Oh, and the price was reasonable.

This is the second project that Ultimate Concrete Coating has completed for me. Tom and his crew are professional and high-quality craftsmen. Sheila in the office is fantastic, she couldn't be more helpful before, during and after the project. I love what they did on my last project, it looks like the Ultimate epoxy garage floor. I reached out to this company for a very large project. I rely on reviews so I was confident in this company. When Gilo came for the estimate he was friendly and knowledgeable. He took measurements and said he would send the estimate. It has been a week and a half and I still havent heard back. I reached out to the manager Shiela twice now and have been completely ghosted. I would not recommend this company based off its lack of urgency and poor communication.

Good sales information. Had a 6-8 week wait to start the job and that was okay, however, they then extended the work date an additional 6 weeks. The person doing the actual concrete floor resurfacing was very professional and on time and a good communicator. The second day when he finished another group came to put the second coat of sealer and they did not do a good job.
There was no follow up from the company to see if we were happy with the results of their work. We called the company as we saw unusual color results and sent pictures of the color. They did not get back to us and after 2 weeks we kept calling and they finally sent someone out to take a look.
He was the same person who did the concrete work and he agreed that there was a problem. He followed up with power washing the flooring and came the next day to seal the flooring again.
The key to a successful business is to always have good communication with your customers. My suggestion would be to always call the next week to the customer to make sure they are happy with the job results. Also, keep in communication throughout the step by step process.
We did recommend them to friends who are also looking to have their concrete floor resurfaced.
