Starbucks

This is my 2nd time getting my coffee from this location, both times my flat white is mostly bubbles. I dont drink it right away because is very hot and after a few mins Im missing an inch or more of coffee because it had lots of bubbles. This is the only location that makes it like this. They definely need more training on how to do it the right way.

No one smiled the entire time. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The drinks were ready quickly but made wrong. It took so long for the sandwiches to be done that the ice was melted and the drinks were separating. I live within walking distance of the William Field location and have only purchased from here one other time, it was also unsatisfactory. Because of the experience I usually drive to the location by San Tan Village.

They make great breakfast sandwiches and most of the time my coffee drinks are good. The staff are just in such a bad mood and unfriendly. There used to be a younger crowd working that were super friendly and kind, including a couple of young men. When I provide my reusable cup they don't give me the 25 bonus stars. Maybe they're not a participating store for that and other offers I get through the app. I'll be going to a different one.
