Went in for a upgrade on a XR and I paid $25 for the whole set up which was nice since I am financing. And Aitza added insurance on my phone which is $8.00 and I just paid my phone bill and she didnt care to inform me that my service was going to get disconnected because she added insurance and now I had to pay $33.00 for a $8.00 mistake she didnt add to the $25.00! I called customer service since I woke up with phones disconnected and I told them I was not going to pay $25 because my phone was disconnected on their fault and they said they couldnt do anything for me. Ive been with Cricket for 10 years and they really couldnt refund me $25 for their mistake and I used to work for Cricket! Honestly dont waste your time and get this carrier they scam a lot and can careless for their current customers. If you dont know how to do your own job dont do it at all Aitza.
