Slapping on a 5-star rating here with a promise to keep the updates coming. Why, you ask? Well, the crew is nothing short of fantastic a friendly bunch with brains to boot. My latest adventure involved upgrading our phones, guided by one of their freshest faces. Picture this: my grand entrance at 2:30 PM and the epic finale at around 7ish. Yes, you read that right. It was a marathon session for what felt like setting up a spaceship, not a phone. And just when we thought we were ready to blast off, my wife swings by only to find out were on the wrong plan. Plot twist! But heres the kicker Ive been a loyal fan for a solid 8 years. So, keep the faith and give them a chance, I actually like the Brainy bunch and I plane to keep blessing them with my witty personality gorgeous fashion sense ( I dress like a farmer ) Just sharing the saga of my latest visit, spiced up with a pinch of my normal sarcasm. Yes lot of black eyes growing up.

This staff is always helpful, kind and professional. I'm had to wait possibly 1 or 2 minutes but usually not. Appreciate this location a lot! Masoud or staff are excellent and patient to work with.

Walked into the store and Jack was the first one to approach me and I needed my screen cover and my lens cover on my phone put on and he took such good care of me without even asking any questions so now I am set and I have a good phone now.
