I dont recommend this detailer. Heres why: I always try to support individual proprietor and family owned businesses, so I reached out to Justin on 6/6. He sounded nice in his initial Facebook Messenger communication, but it was clear hes immature, calling me boss and his communication was untimely, he disappeared, not responding for days, then he booked me on his own without me ever confirming, then three weeks later finally reached out and made more obnoxious, immature comments. I initially reached out to Justin on 6/6 inquiring about his services and to ensure he is insured because the pictures of his shop look like a messy, blurry Tuff Shed. He said that even though his company is called JJs Mobile Detailing, he only does corrections at his house in far East Mesa. He wanted me to drive out to his house and drop my car off the night before, then come get it the next day when its done. Not convenient at all. But I was willing to do it to help his business and get the services I wanted. He said he was insured, so I felt a little better. I said Id book with him and tried to book June 29th. Then he disappeared for a day and a half, no communication. In that time, since I hadnt heard from him, I figured he wasnt interested in my business so I booked with someone else who represented themselves honestly and was more mature and timely in their communication, and whose reviews are accurate and honest. I went with Kings Mobile Detailing and they were fantastic. Ive had no communication with or from Justin since 6/8 when he said he booked me for the 29th and I didnt respond or confirm because I hadnt heard from him in days. Fast forward to today 6/26 and he sent me a note saying Hey boss, confirming our apt this week for the 29th. I responded immediately We sold the car already, dont need the service. When we get our new car Ill reach out. Thank you. Youd think he would say thank you in advance for bringing your new car to me when youre ready. No, in Justins typical immature, unprofessional manner, his response was I guess good thing I reached out now instead of getting stood up the day of the apt. Stood up? He disappeared for days during our communications, booked an appointment on his own which I never confirmed or even responded about, then waited 3 weeks to reach out to me to confirm the appointment he booked on his own and tells me Im standing him up? Dont use Justin at JJs Mobile Detailing. If things go perfectly (what does?) everything might be fine. But when he screws up, hell blame you. Dont bother. Why chance it? So many better detailing companies out there. Weve used Hyer Quality Detail in Tempe for our Teslas, theyre amazing. Kings Mobile Detailing did paint correction and ceramic on our Lexus at our home. The owner, Trent, at Kings Mobile Detailing is an amazing guy with true passion for his work. This guy, Justin, from JJs Mobile Detail, dont use him, will surely respond to this review and say something about having the conversation (he oddly threatened me with the same thing, saying he has our conversation, not sure why since it proves everything in my review, so Im certain he wont share it), and he wont apologize for his poor communication, his obnoxious being stood up comments, not hearing from him for days then weeks, and he wont appreciate that I even offered to bring him another car. Which I certainly wont now. Justin is clearly only focused on himself, not his customers. Do not recommend.

I contacted this guy to have my 2001 Chevy suburban cleaned. This was three weeks ago. Last thing I heard was his engine blew. He never contacted me again. I went with Wolf's auto detailing and they did an absolutely amazing job and were super professional.

I didn't know my car was this gross. Justin did an amazing job. My car looks brand new. When we saw his work we scheduled an appointment for our other car. His service was worth every penny.
