This was the worst bang cut I have ever got in my life. I went for the frame bang cut and showed him a picture of what I wanted, and it was never even near! I highly recommend going to Great Clips instead of this place! They have no idea about hair trends or what looks good on a particular face.

Had a 9:00AM appointment with Dustin Elkin on 03/07/2024, he came in about 30 minutes late. He didn't watch the video of the hairstyle I wanted and gave me an undercut instead. If I wanted an undercut, I would have gone to a barber.

I had my hair cut and styled here a week ago. This was the most uncomfortable experience that I have ever at a salon. First of all when the stylist washed my hair she let so much water in my ears. When I told her and tried to sit up, she rudely told me to lean back. She didnt apologize and she wasnt careful and continued to flush out my ears. Once at the station, she barely talked to me. The cut was okay, nothing spectacular. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but never again will I return to her. Ill keep on searching for a great and friendly stylist who knows how to cut curly hair.
