Ive been a loyal customer for several years, always going to the same stylist. Last Thursday, with my go-to barbetologist unavailable, I scheduled a last-minute appointment and was seen by Kally. She was personable and efficient. Ive very seldom scheduled appointments with anyone new, but Kally did an amazing job, and Im looking forward to scheduling another appointment with her. You cant go wrong with MUG. Thanks!

When there is an employee who is not trained on giving a haircut with zero on the sides, there is an issue. I find it incredibly puzzling when I am turned away as a result of a stylist being unable to provide a very straightforward haircut simply because it involves a zero on the sides. This is the second time I have encountered this problem.

Go see my mom Kally shes one of the best for boys/guys cuts. Shop is super nice too. Got a fresh cut.

Great spot. The staff is very professional and customer oriented. There was a very rude customer arguing with the manager because they were over 10 minutes late and lost their chair to a walk in. Despite the disrespect and obscenities the customer was exhibiting towards the staff, they remained professional and calm.
