Worst service Ive ever experienced at a banking institution. The tellers were arguing, and the teller that helped me was incredibly short and unprofessional.

Horrible service I called to make sure I knew what documents I needed to open a new business account. When I get there I was 10 minutes late, they told me to wait as the banker took someone else. I waited 40 minutes then the banker said Im sorry I cant take you. Then they gave me to another banker named Mike, he was so rude and wanted me to produce unneeded documents to open an account when he really had everything he needs. He basically refused to work with me and or help me. The manager came over and said Im sorry we cant help you and I really dont know what documents you need to open a business account. I felt like saying then you shouldnt be a bank manager if you dont know. I went to a different bank and they said what you have is all you need to open a business account.

Worst bank I have ever used. Most unhelpful and rude staff that literally do nothing except play on their phones and they close savings accounts without contacting you and lie about it. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Can't open or upgrade an account without an appointment, earliest available is 4 days away....I honestly felt bad for the person telling me they couldn't help me this is a chase procedure that is poorly thought out.

Friendly staff, tad of a wait but deposited our check a few minutes before close.
