        I ordered from here yesterday 9/12. My friend went to go pick up our order & she asked for the coffee and the guy said you did not order one when I actually did, so she left. I called and asked for a refund the worker said my doordasher left the drink there he sees it on the counter melting. First off I did not order through DoorDash for him to assume. He was super rude on the phone. I asked for a refund for the coffee, I do not live in that area and will not be going back! I just wanted a refund and he said he could not provide one even though I did not get my coffee.

        The bagels have gotten smaller... but the price has gone up. Quality kinda stinks, used to be better. I'll go somewhere else for breakfast bagel sandwiches in the morning.
