We are so appreciative of Chris & his team at Family Automotive & Diesel Repair. We called several other businesses & they were booked out several weeks. They did not refer us to another business. When we called Chris he got us in right away. He was also booked, but because we were out of town, he said just bring it in and he would try and take care of us as best he could. He saved us. He got us in and out. He was honest and a great mechanic. He really saved our trip! Thank you so much!

For me, the mark of a good auto repair shop is how they perform not when everything goes well, but when hiccups happen. They've worked on our fleet vehicles before without issue. Well, I brought my personal van in for repair, ran into a hiccup, were reasonable throughout the repair process, and they handled everything with integrity. Kudos to Jason for being a stand up guy and for being transparent, reasonable, and honest. It is obvious that, especially in this Arizona summer heat, these guys are hard working and want to do what is best for their customer. Nod to Chris for his communication throughout the repair.
