      image Its a lovely, pleasant neighbourhood. The HOA is reasonable with architecture requests. However, there are no benefits with the community unlike Val Vista lakes whom include access to gym, Olympic length pool et al. The HOA should plant more trees and install another pavement/sidewalk for both sides of the road. Its a dated but safe community.
