Lived here for about 3 years and its honestly such a nice apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick and prompt with requests. The property managers are very kind and helpful as well. Its such a great location to live because downtown is a 10 minute walk away! Very family friendly community as well. Every Thursday is food truck day too which is really awesome and the kids always look forward to it. Overall a great place to live.

We have been here for two years. We started in a 2bed/1bath and then did a move over to a 2 bed/2bath. Our experience here has been a good one. The repair orders you submit are done asap, the front does communicate quite well for your needs between repairs and scheduling any in depth repairs. The community is well kept between the dog park, the trash cans, and walking paths, gym and pools. The complex is in a quiet area which is nice. We love the up grade we did to the 2bed/2bath and had great support from the front when going through the move over. Everyone who works at the complex has been nice and helpful. The location is great if you love downtown and if youre active with your dogs there are plenty of areas to go for a good walk.

These are excellent apartments! The location is very convenient and the whole complex feels like a neighborhood!
The staff here are especially kind and helpful; Amy with the front office is by far the best apartment manager Ive ever had! She helped me with my application after I toured the complex, and she still remembers all of the details from our introduction! John of the maintenance team is also an extremely kind employee!
To reiterate and close, I highly recommend the Heritage District apartments on account of their outstanding staff, wonderful location, and neighborhood atmosphere!

Living here is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the apartments themselves are nice, and it's in such a convenient location. I'd definitely recommend these apartments if you're looking to rent
